With so many changes, we understand it’s hard to keep track.
Our department name is now the Department of Community Sustainability (CSUS) — and it’s one that we consider you a member of!

What we've been up to
Welcome back to the Department of Community Sustainability alumni network! We hope that you have been enjoying the beautiful fall weather. There have been many new and exciting things are happening in the broader CSUS community.
We want to highlight three recent announcements—Professor Dr. Steven Gray, was recently selected as an author for the First National Nature Assessment. Additionally, we extend a huge congratulations to CSUS Associate Professor Dr. Doug Bessette, for being awarded $2.5 million to explore conflict in solar energy development. Lastly, friends and family of the late Marsha Edington, graduate program secretary, celebrated her life and contributions to CSUS in a tree-planting ceremony.
