Extension Extras Enrichment Kits
Michigan State University Extension is excited to provide a new resource for agencies, schools, child care centers, or other groups working with parents and caregivers who are unexpectedly home with their children all day during the novel corona virus pandemic. We are excited to partner with your agency or group to help you create at-home learning kits for the families you serve.
The Extension Extra Enrichment Kits feature five to six early childhood activities with a focused learning goal (social and emotional health, literacy, STEM, etc.), a supply list, suggested children’s books, introduction letters to families to explain how to use the materials, and an evaluation so families can share their experience with the kits.
