Snacks will be provided so please assist us and planning by sending your RSVP to Glenda. If you are the administrative leader and cannot attend please send someone to represent your club. Tuesday, Oct 03 06:30pm, Community Hall, Ingham Fairgrounds. Topic of Discussion: Upcoming programs and events happening at the county and state level, opportunities for 4-H youth, and more. Staff will be available at 6:00 p.m. and after the meeting to assist with your annual paperwork.

One leader from each club should attend the annual update meeting. The meeting is being held at the fairgrounds, community hall on October 3rd at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will include programs and events happening at the county and state level, opportunities for 4-H youth and more. Staff will be available starting at 6:00 p.m. and after the meeting to assist with your annual paperwork. If you are the administrative leader and cannot attend please send someone to represent your club.
