MSU Extension and Blue Zones Activate Barry County are excited to announce the third workshop in the Local Farm Marketing series on farm stands, agritourism and local farm market events. Attendees will learn about opportunities in starting or expanding an on-farm market or farm stand including:
- On-farm markets and local zoning/right to farm act
- Farm retail basics
- Small-scale agritourism opportunities
- Collaborative marketing
In addition farmers who attend will have the opportunity to learn about new and expanding opportunities for local farmer in Barry County and meet and interact with a group of regional farmers
