Three Squared will be hosting a Cochrane Commons presentation in the Tall Timber: Future of cities in wood Exhibit Space in Downtown Detroit on Feb. 24th at noon!
While the final construction typology is still being evaluated, TSI acknowledges our mixed use, multi-family housing project is grounded in principles that closely align with the mass timber narrative (carbon-aware design, sustainability, mixed-use community benefits, and innovative approaches to urban housing) We're using the exhibit as a backdrop to curate a broader conversation around:
