Mass Timber Webinar Series – Waterfront Transformation: Michigan’s First Mass Timber Condos at Muskegon’s Adelaide Pointe
This webinar series, co-produced by MiGBC + MassTimber@MSU, will showcase four key projects across Michigan. We’ll explore the origins of each project, their successes and challenges, and how the project teams have continued to advance mass timber initiatives. Each building is unique in its approach and material usage. The series will cover four distinct building types: higher education, K-12, state-owned facilities, and condominiums. This series will be moderated by Sandra Lupien, Director, MassTimber@MSU.
The fourth webinar in our new mass timber series is on July 24. This time, we’ll focus on Michigan’s first mass timber condos at Muskegon’s Adelaide Pointe. Learn about the vision behind Adelaide Pointe and dive into the unique architectural approach of the project, featuring exposed mass timber (CLT floors, walls, and roofs, and glulam beams and columns) integrated with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
