Learn tools to maximize your profit by choosing the crop and market mix that works best for your farm. This two-day workshop will begin with an overview of enterprise budgets, which will help you evaluate the profitability of your current and potential products and market channels. Then, we’ll cover the fundamentals of choosing markets and discuss strategies for analyzing market channels to help you make informed decisions about pricing and where to sell your products. You’ll have opportunities to develop an enterprise budget specific to your farm and to talk with other farmers about how they’ve cultivated a mix of market channels that work for them.  You will have the option to register for each day of the two-part workshop separately.  Participants are strongly encouraged to register for both days as each will offer unique opportunities.
