Welcome to the Food Analytics & Integrative Engineering Lab!
We are an interdisciplinary research team integrating experimental science, engineering principles, and computational modeling to understand how biological, environmental, and physicochemical factors influence food safety, quality, and microbial behavior. Our work combines data-driven and mechanistic modeling, informed by biological context and dynamics, to advance predictions of complex responses in food systems.
