By producing a high-quality crop on time, we are able to maintain our floor turns and allow our customers to be successful. Candidates should have at least one year of wholesale growing experience; pay is commiserate on experience. - Be accountable for completing daily tasks on time (including, but not limited to): watering, measuring, pesticide applications, mixing feed, and recordkeeping.
- Crop applications as needed (pesticides, fungicides, etc.)
- Assisting with the painting of Poinsettia plants (typically done in November) on a painting line.
- Maintain proper moisture requirements for crops using a variety of delivery methods and the equipment provided.
- Use of the Greenhouse Environmental Computer Control System.
- Performs other related duties as assigned - this may include assisting or completing small production tasks.
