Pro Mow Landscape has Full-time and Part-time openings in Landscape & Lawncare (Grand Rapids).  Looking for hard working employees that have a passion for the landscaping industry to grow with our company. Management trainee program that will allow for candidate to work in all departments of the organization to grow and flourish to their desired potential. Willing to assist with the entry fee of NALP National Collegiate Landscape Competition.

• Personal Time Off: 16 hours paid - After 90 Days

Snow Removal Drivers and Shovelers

We are looking for snow removal staff to join our dynamic team! Candidates need no experience or can use their experience to increase their wage. Most of this work occurs overnight so can supplement a student or someone who is looking for a secondary income.

• Meet with customers to provide suggestions and co-develop a plan for their property.
• Provide with full design and estimate for landscape Projects.
• Manage Landscape Projects to ensure the work carried out is in line with the specifications laid out for them and the customers desires.

Landscape Construction/Hardscape Foreman

We are looking for a Landscape Construction/Hardscape Foreman to join our dynamic team! Candidates should have experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape and Hardscape Installation, as well as align with our Core Values: Team First, Motivated to Move Forward, & Own Your Role.  

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of 2-3 employees to complete landscape installations according to design and assigned work orders. 
• Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment. 
• Maintain a safe & clean job site.   
• Train crew members for development of skills.
• Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends. A valid driver’s license and a positive attitude are required. A CDL is not required but a plus.

Irrigation Service & Installation Technician Crew Member

We are looking for an Irrigation Service & Installation Technician Crew Member to join our dynamic team! Candidates should have experience in irrigation installation, service/repair, pump maintenance, winterization & spring activation, as well as align with our Core Values: Team First, Motivated to Move Forward, & Own Your Role.  

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Program irrigation clocks.
• Safely operate equipment including trenchers, pipe pullers, gas powered hand helds, etc 
• Install, repair, & inspect irrigation systems  
• Possess the ability to deal with weather conditions. 
• Possess good listening skills & the ability to take direction.
• Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends. A valid driver’s license and a positive attitude are required. 

Fertilization Technician

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Ability to use riding and walk behind spreaders.
• Proper PPE knowledge
• Efficient to stay on schedule.   
• Experience mixing chemicals.
• Registered technicians in 3A, 3B, 6, 7A & 7F are desired but if willing to train we now have the allowance to provide this testing and certification.
• Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends. A valid Chauffeur’s Driver’s License, medical card and a positive attitude are required. A CDL is not required but a plus. 

Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

We are looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our dynamic team! Candidates should have experience in pruning, mulching, trimming & weeding, as well as align with our Core Values: Team First, Motivated to Move Forward, & Own Your Role.  

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Receive training from direct supervisor. 
• Weeding, mulching, trimming, using hand held tools - blowers, weed whips, edgers, pruners, etc.
• Arrive on time and in uniform.    
• Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends. A valid driver’s license and a positive attitude are required.
