Nursery Manager needed in Adrian, MI. The position is a direct placement starting pay is $20-$25 based on experience. The company offers health insurance, 401K, profit sharing, 1 week vacation, holiday, and an employee discount of 30%. Store hours are based on the season. Will get 1 day off a week but never on a Wednesday or Friday. (THC excluded from pre-employment drug screen)

Spring Hours: Monday-Saturday 8a-8pm and Sunday 10a-5pm
Summer/Fall Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10a-5pm
Winter Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm and closed on Sunday’s.

Will be overseeing the daily operations of a nursery. This position manages the care of plants, flowers, and trees. Will be responsible for hiring and managing nursery workers. The position requires prior nursery and sales experience. Will be lifting 50-60 pounds. Must be able to work varying shifts and weekends. Must have a valid driver’s license. The position requires 3-5 years of garden center/nursey industry experience. Strong plant knowledge especially of trees and shrubs.
