We offer internships and early-career development opportunities that allow students and recent graduates to learn golf construction through hands-on experience on projects across the country. Previous construction experience isn't required. A foundation in turfgrass and golf course management can translate extremely well into our industry, and we're interested in developing individuals who want to learn the construction process and potentially grow into future field leadership and project management roles.

Total Turf Golf Services builds, renovates, and restores golf courses throughout the United States, working alongside leading golf course architects, clubs, and industry professionals to bring golf course designs to life.

Learn golf construction from the ground up through hands-on experience in grading, drainage, Irrigation, turf installation, equipment, operation and project execution.
