Our internship program provides hands-on experience at four championship-caliber golf courses all ranked in the US top 100 public:
Whistling Straits – Straits Course (#4)
Whistling Straits – Irish Course (#65)
Blackwolf Run – River Course (#17)
Blackwolf Run – Meadow Valleys Course (#92)
This unique opportunity allows students to gain exposure to a wide range of golf course styles, agronomic practices, and tournament-level maintenance standards, all within a single season. Interns will work alongside experienced industry professionals and take part in daily course setup, irrigation management, cultural practices, and the many aspects involved in maintaining world-class playing conditions.
Located in the beautiful village of Kohler, Wisconsin, our facilities have hosted numerous major championships, including three PGA Championships, two Women’s US Opens, Senior US Open, and the Ryder Cup. Beyond developing valuable technical skills, interns will gain firsthand insight into the operations of championship golf courses while building professional relationships that can support their future careers.

In addition, we are pleased to offer a $1,500 signing bonus to students who join our team for the 2027 season.
