—The Forest Carbon and Climate Program Team

A Note from the Director

We just started a new school year at Michigan State University, which is always a great reminder that no matter where you are on your professional journey, there are always opportunities to continue to learn and improve. As a part of our mission, we’re always looking for innovative ways to help train future professionals and are excited to meet the new group of students enrolling in our FCCP courses.

We have plenty of exciting news coming down the pipeline this fall from establishing new research projects, new professional education opportunities, and continued collaboration with friends and colleagues that we hope we will be able to share with you soon. If you or your organization or colleagues are doing work related to carbon and climate, I’d love to hear from you. Shoot me a quick email to keep us up-to-date on all the great work happening out there, and maybe we can forge new partnerships to tackle the issues facing our forests.

Cheers,

Chad
