Science to Action Fellowship accepting statements of interest

The U.S. Geological Service National Climate Change and Wildlife Science Center and the Michigan State University Department of Fisheries and Wildlife have announced that the 2017 Science to Action Fellowship is now accepting Statements of Interest.
The $10,000 fellowship allows up to two students to interact with National Climate Change and Wildlife Science Center scientists and develop a policy-relevant product related to the impacts of climate change on fish and/or wildlife resources. The receipients spend two months in-residence at the National Climate Change and Wildlife Science Center in Reston, Va.
Applicants must be graduate students in the Michigan State University Department of Fisheries and Wildlife or one of the Department of Interior Climate Science Center Consortium institutions. Applicants must be students for the entire fellowship year (spring 2017 to spring 2018).
Statements of interest are due by 11:59 p.m. Dec. 15, 2016 MST.
