With campus in bloom, CSIS celebrated commencement by hosting National Academy of Sciences president Marcia McNutt as she delivered the advanced degree commencement address and received an honorary degree.
Hongbo Yang received his PhD, hooded by advisor Jack Liu, and Kat Magoulick received her bachelor's degree Saturday.
