Bonnie Hardies
Bonnie Hardies is a Michigan State University Extension 4-H Program Coordinator in Montmorency County. She has worked this capacity since November 2013. In this role, Bonnie provides leadership and management of local 4-H programs, volunteers, and youth participants in Montmorency County. She promotes and strengthens the Montmorency County 4-H program by developing programs and partnerships, promoting and evaluating 4-H programs, and recruiting and training volunteers. Bonnie is also the liaison from the state of Michigan 4-H office which helps to ensure that statewide opportunities and information is available to local participants.
Bonnie grew up in 4-H program. She took dairy feeders and dairy cattle along with numerous arts and crafts including ceramic work, leather work and knitting projects. She held many leadership roles in her club and county program.
Before joining MSU Extension in 2013, Bonnie attended Michigan State University where she received her Bachelors in Agriscience.
