Erica Reister is a Michigan State University Extension Food Safety Educator based in Muskegon County, Michigan. She serves Districts 5 & 7 including the following counties:

Mason, Lake, Oceana, Muskegon, Newago, Ottawa, Kent, Allegan, and Barry. 

Erica offers programs including ServSafe Manager Certification courses, Food Preservation, and Food Safety Education.
