School of Packaging APEX Lab: AI for Paper & Plastic Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Integration Lab

Subhaprad joined the APEX Lab in Spring 2021 and worked on Thermally Reversible Crosslinked Commodity Polymers for his Ph.D. He did his BS-MS at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal, India with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Biology. His MS Thesis project was focussed on "Structural insights into insidious mis-incorporated mispairs in DNA duplexes using solution state NMR spectroscopy." During his internships he worked on several projects involving synthesis of BODIPY photosensitizers, porphycene and their photo cytotoxic studies using cancer cells.

Apart from research, he likes to explore new tech and colour with oil pastels.
