Abstract: The purpose of this article is describe the main components that constitute the system of natural, cultural, social, economic, infrastructure and equipment resources of the community of Sao Braz located in the Eixo Forte Agroextractive Settlement Project, in the city of Santarem, in the state of Para, Brazil, aiming to systematize knowledge of a given reality and its proposition to be part of a tourist route. The research is bibliographic, descriptive, exploratory, and field study. Data collection was performed using a semistructured interview script, applied to representatives of organized group. Sao Braz has the potential to be part of a tourist route, considering its natural, social, cultural and gastronomic resources, with emphasis on the natural potential of its stream, as well as the cultural-gastronomic possibilities of the Tacaca Festival, as long as it considers in this process the adequate planning, participation and investment for tourist service, another socioeconomic alternative for the community can be made viable.
