Vulnerability assessment and its applications in food fraud: a review

Abstract: Vulnerability assessment is an important research tool for global change and sustainable development disciplines. It has developed into an independent discipline covering the spatial and temporal scale, and emphasizing the coupling of natural and socio-economic systems. The common vulnerability assessment methods and weight calculation methods are reviewed in this paper, recent progress in the application of vulnerability assessment in food fraud is summarized, and the problems to be solved are also discussed.
