Biotechnology in Food

Description

Biotechnology is utilized to develop new tools for improving productivity both in and out of the food system. Branches of Biotechnology in the food system include crop biotechnology and animal biotechnology. Biotechnology in food began with the beginning of agriculture and selective breeding.
