EmailThis paper explores the mechanisms intended to internalize and bring attention to embodied carbon in local, state, and federal policy arenas. It outlines existing policies on embodied carbon in the U.S., as well as proposals for future initiatives. Finally, it highlights the forest and climate change implications of these efforts.
