GPN and Prospiant Intern of the Year Scholarship

Greenhouse Product News and Prospiant are now accepting applications for the 2027 GPN/Prospiant Intern of the Year Scholarship, continuing a long-standing tradition of recognizing the next generation of horticulture professionals. For more than 25 years, the program has celebrated exceptional undergraduate students whose internship experiences have helped shape their future careers in horticulture.
The annual scholarship highlights the importance of internships in preparing students for successful careers while recognizing individuals who demonstrate passion, curiosity and a commitment to advancing the horticulture industry.
The 2027 GPN/Prospiant Intern of the Year will receive:
- A $3,000 scholarship
- A feature article in the January 2027 issue of GPN
- Travel, hotel accommodations and full registration to Cultivate’27, courtesy of AmericanHort, where the recipient will be recognized before industry leaders.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a four-year accredited university during the applicable academic years.
- Be pursuing an undergraduate degree in horticulture or floriculture.
- Have completed a greenhouse-related internship during the qualifying year.
