Strengthening the Tart Cherry Industry Through Extension Research

The Department of Agricultural Food and Resource Economics (AFRE) at Michigan State University has a long history of working with the state's Tart Cherry Industry. A team of AFRE researchers recently mapped the tart cherry supply chain and identify the industry's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
