Using a combination of population genomics, ecology and phenotypic approaches, my program aims to understand the interaction of pathogens with their host and the environment, translating the knowledge into management strategies
Vision
A program recognized nationally and internationally that engage diverse stakeholders and to achieve this we aim:
- Understand fungal pathosystems using cross-disciplinary approaches
- Provide broad skill training for undergraduates and graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers
