Vincenzina Caputo

Professor and Homer Nowlin Endowed Chair in Consumer and Food Economics, Director of the Food Choice Lab in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics, Michigan State University

Vincenzina Caputo is an expert in designing food choice experiment surveys and analyzing advanced discrete choice models. She has made several theoretical and methodological contributions in this area.

Carola Grebitus

Dean's Council Distinguished Professor and Director of the Consumer Food and Agribusiness Research Lab in the Morrison School of Agribusiness, W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University

Carola Grebitus is an expert in designing surveys and experiments to answer research questions in applied and agricultural economics, with applied and methodological contributions in the field using a variety of methods including eye tracking and sensory tests.
