Noticing Meditation
Noticing meditation is a great way to manage stress and feel calm when overwhelmed. Close your eyes and take slow deep breaths. Notice things that your hear. Notice things that you smell. Notice things that you feel. Taking a moment to notice what is happening right now, in the present moment, can help you feel calm and regain your composure.

Mindful Stretching
Practice taking gentle stretches while you take slow, deep breaths in and out. Let your head fall towards a shoulder, stretching your neck. Let your shoulders roll forward and back. Find small ways to breathe and move your body.

Mantra
A mantra is a short word or phrase that you repeat to yourself while meditating. The word or phrase can be anything that helps you feel calm and centered and could be something like “I am safe, I feel calm,” “Love,” or “I breathe in, I am calm, I breathe out I’m smile.” Find a comfortable place to sit, close your eyes, breathe and repeat a word or phrase that helps you feel calm.
