An introductory course on understanding on understanding the various facets of urban environments and their impacts on public health.
This course encourages students to view their own urban environments in a way that enables them to recognize underlying patterns that affect their health.
Topics
Include but are not limited to: Walkability, open space, safety, access to essential services, and physical and mental health.
