Our Team
The MSU Dairy Foods Complex Team is committed to making high-quality, tasty ice cream and cheeses at the Dairy Plant, and serving them with a smile at the Dairy Store.
We received the 2019 Outstanding Team Award from MSU's College and Agriculture and Natural Resources for our commitment to creating a successful commercial product center, and for providing teaching and training to prepare undergraduate and graduate students for careers in the dairy foods industry.
