    Walk With Ease Self-Paced Hybrid Series Online - August 2025

    August 6, 2025 – September 17, 2025

    The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease.

    Feeling tired, overwhelmed, or isolated because of your chronic disease? The Chronic Disease PATH program gives you the tools to feel better. It is a series of 6 sessions designed to help participants manage their chronic disease.

    Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress-related symptoms such as worry, depression, physical tension, and may be helpful in managing chronic conditions. Participants will also learn techniques to improve the quality and quantity of their sleep.
