Graduate Student Handbook
The Graduate Student Handbook is a useful guide for the current graduate students in the Michigan State University Department of Horticulture Masters and Doctoral program. It provides information about graduate student responsibilities, the graduate programs committee, the role of your major professor, selection and role of the advisory/examining committee, horticulture graduate requirements with completion dates, thesis/dissertation preparation, defense, and final oral exam, minimum academic standards, integrity and safety in academic/research activities, and financial aid, assistantships, and fellowships information. Old versions of the Graduate Student Handbook may be found in the Department's main office (A288 PSSB).
