  This six-session series covers land use education and training. The course is intended for local appointed and elected officials, zoning administrators and interested citizens.

  Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress-related symptoms such as worry, depression, physical tension, and may be helpful in managing chronic conditions. Participants will also learn techniques to improve the quality and quantity of their sleep.

  Chronic Disease PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) Toolkit Telephone Course is a series of 6, 1-hour telephone sessions to help participants manage their chronic conditions.
