Michigan State University Extension is thrilled to announce the return of the popular Adulting 101 program in 2026! Designed to help young people successfully transition into adulthood, this free monthly online series offers practical life skills education from MSU Extension experts. Whether you’re looking to manage your finances, cook with confidence, or navigate the digital world safely, Adulting 101 has something for you.
Registration is now open for all sessions, which are hosted on Eastern Standard Time via Zoom. Each lasts approximately one hour. Upcoming sessions include:
- Fraud Fighters – January 21 at 6:30 p.m.
- Informed Renter – February 19 at 5:00 p.m.
- Sleep Wellness – March 4 at 5:30 p.m.
- Eat Smart: Healthy Meals on a Budget – April 13 at 5:00 p.m.
- Cooking with Confidence – May 18 at 6:30 p.m.
- AI and You: Smart, Safe and Savvy – June 11 at 6:00 p.m.
- Think Before You Click – July 8 at 6:00 p.m.
- Roadmap to a Smart Used Car Purchase – August 12 at 5:00 p.m.
- Are You Ready? – September 23 at 5:00 p.m.
- Mental Health Toolkit – October 7 at 6:00 p.m.
- Realities of Animal Care – November 12 at 7:00 p.m.
