This is a special knowledge sharing session for the FCWG membership on opportunities and barriers to scaling up biochar production and utilization for climate adaptation and mitigation. The purpose of the session is to build understanding about biochar and engage FCWG along with agricultural sector stakeholders in developing a robust biochar research and policy agenda for the Biden Administration, Congress, and USDA.
