  1. U.S. House of Representatives Testimony
    Dr. Ortega testified before the House Agriculture Committee during the hearing titled “The Danger China Poses to American Agriculture” on March 20, 2024. He addressed critical concerns, including Chinese ownership of U.S. agricultural land and its implications for food security.
