First situation analysis of developments in the Omo-Turkana basin published

The OTuRN situation analysis, a product of our 2016 workshop, was published by Ambio online in January 2019, and has already had 2600 downloads.

"Social-ecological change in the Omo-Turkana basin: A synthesis of current development" was published online in the journal Ambio in January 2019. It will be the cover article of the in-print version, to be published in summer 2019. Already downloaded >2,600 time, the situation analysis is the first interdisciplinary synthesis of known impacts of the technological developments in the Omo-Turkana basin. A truly collaborative OTuRN project, it was co-authored by 17 scholars from across Europe, the USA, Kenya, and Ethiopia, representing many different disciplines.
