Brianna Foster
Brianna is an Entomology Ph.D. student studying the biological control agent Hypena opulenta against invasive swallow-wort vines. Her interest in entomology started at the University of Minnesota, where she served as a technician studying the efficacy of management tactics on corn rootworm beetles (Diabrotica spp.) to corn-rootworm-active Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt-RW) traits.
Brianna's areas of interest are evolutionary applications in biological control, restoration ecology, and molecular ecology.
