Fatemeh Saeidi-Rizi, Ph.D.
Fatemeh Saeidi-Rizi is an assistant professor of landscape architecture in the School of Planning, Design and Construction at Michigan State University. Prior to joining MSU, she was a research assistant at the Sustainability and Human Health lab, working under the supervision of Professor William Sullivan at the University of Illinois.
Saeidi-Rizi's research stands at the intersection of landscape architecture, cognitive psychology, urban design, and health. She takes both empirical and theoretical approaches to examine the relationship between the built environment and humans' health and well-being.
