Nathan Anderson
Dr. Anderson is a research agricultural engineer at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) He conducts research in the areas of thermal and non-thermal methods of pasteurization and sterilization of foods, aseptic processing, and risk assessment. In addition, he serves as an agency subject matter expert of process validation, leads the FDA's Institute for Food Safety and Health Low Moisture Foods Safety Task Force.
