Parker Jones
Parker Jones is an Innovation Counselor with the MSU Product Center. In this role, he helps over 70 food, agriculture and natural resource entrepreneurs annually to meet their business goals. These clients range from pre-sales to $10M+ in sales. He co-manages the Making it in Michigan Conference and Trade Show that connects entrepreneurs to large market outlets in the state and beyond.
Parker is the lead of the Connecting Entrepreneurial Communities team at MSU Extension. He is also a co-manager of an inaugural, $1M USDA Regional Food Systems Partnership Grant that interconnects a more equitable and resilient food system in the Upper Peninsula and in Southwest Michigan. Parker was recently awarded a Global Scholars application to expand agritourism opportunities in the Republic of Georgia.
