Sarah Arayess
Sarah Arayess is an attorney and the founder of the Say legal, based in The Netherlands. Say legal is a boutique law firm specializing in food law, consumer goods, and advertising law. Say legal has two pillars: Say legal studio, which supports companies from start-up to multinational, and Say legal academy which provides educational resources like in-house workshops, education, and articles.
Ms. Arayess also lectures for the Benelux Professional Education for Trademark and Design Attorneys and the University of Applied Sciences Arnhem at Nijmegen. She previously lectured at Rutgers University.
Ms. Arayess further contributes to the field as a Board Member of The Netherlands Association for Food Law, as member of the Board of Directors of the European Food Law Association, and in her role as The Netherlands Correspondent for the Journal for European Food and Feed law review.
Sarah Arayess was admitted to The Netherlands Bar as an attorney in 2014.
Ms. Arayess is a guest contributor to the IFLR course Food Laws and Regulations in the European Union.
