Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 cup lowfat milk
  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 Tbsp. onion
  • chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Instructions

Beat egg or egg whites; add breadcrumbs and milk. Mix thoroughly with meats. Add onion and salt, if desired. Put in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Tomato and green pepper may be added for seasoning.
