To apply for a $250 Helen Walker Memorial 4-H Youth Scholarship, you must:

  1. Be currently enrolled and an active member in Delta County 4-H Youth
  2. Be a college freshman in the fall of this current year.
  3. Provide recommendation letters from your current academic advisor and 4-H
  4. Complete this application form and return it with the items listed above to:
