Empower Individual Change

This Community Change Hub helps you support community-level changes that improve access to healthy food and physical activity.

You can also support individual choices by sharing simple, practical tools people can use every day.

These free MSU Extension resources are designed for individuals and families and can help build skills in healthy eating, physical activity, and food budgeting.

More tools for individuals and community partners can be found in our four area of practice websites: Champion Early Health, Champion School Wellness, Champion Food Access, and Champion Active Communities.
