Description
Research shows that practicing mindfulness can reduce stress-related symptoms such as worry, depression and physical tension, and may help manage chronic conditions such as cardiac disease and diabetes.
Mindfulness can be defined as paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment and non judgmentally. Research has shown that practicing mindfulness is effective in reducing stress-related symptoms such as worry, depression and physical tension, and may be helpful in managing chronic conditions. The purpose of this workshop is to understand how mindfulness can be beneficial in the workplace and help people improve relationships with colleagues and others.

- Explore how employees benefit from a mindful work environment.
- Learn about how organizations benefit from a mindful work environment.
