Horticultural therapy via sensory experiences on PTSDThis study examines the potential benefits of horticultural therapy for Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) patients across different ethnic groups in the U.S. Participants underwent a two-week sensory experiment, answering various questionnaires to assess improvements in social interactions, career development, and family ties. Results highlighted the therapy's impact on the senses and mental health, suggesting its efficacy as a universal treatment for diverse populations with mental health challenges. |
