About Our Partnership
The MSU Institute of Agricultural Technology (IAT) and Bay College have partnered to offer regionally relevant job-ready training programs for careers in some of Michigan's highest demand industries. Students will benefit from enrollment at both institutions with all courses delivered online and in Escanaba on the campus of Bay College.
This partnership allows students to earn a certificate from the MSU IAT and an associate degree from Bay College. Full-time students will be able to complete the associate degree and certificate in just two years. Financial aid and other student support services are provided by Bay College making everything convenient and accessible.
By working together, the IAT and Bay College are able to offer these specialized training programs for high-demand jobs close to home and at a lower overall cost. Graduates will be prepared for rewarding job opportunities in agriculture, forestry or to continue their education at Michigan State University in East Lansing.
Students will apply for admission to the MSU Institute of Agricultural Technology AND Bay College to participate in one of the partnership programs. Enrollment information for the MSU IAT is available on the IAT Admissions website.
