Long-Term Research Priorities

"A Co-Produced Roadmap for Future Research at the KBS LTAR Site" describes KBS LTAR's long-term goals.

This paper was co-produced by Michigan farmers, researchers, and partners to identify key challenges and opportunities to advance resilient and productive agricultural systems. Research priority areas include: (1) crop diversification; (2) nutrient cycling and livestock integration; (3) tillage management; (4) precision inputs and conservation; (5) soil health; and (6) systems integration. Priority areas are detailed in the publication and will guide future research efforts for KBS LTAR scientists and partners.
