Developing Michigan's Local, Pasture-Based, Beef Production System

Dr. Rowntree is the focus of a recent article in the North Central Region Sustainable Agriculture Research & Education newsletter.

The Newsletter of the NCR-SARE Program (Summer 2017, Issue 36) featured Dr. Jason Rowntree in its cover article, which highlights his research under an NCR-SARE Research and Education grant about connecting local beef producers with local processors, distributors, and retailers.
